Maintenance and service interruptions
Any service interruptions, reported issues and scheduled maintenance on the WUR Library systems and applications, will be listed below.
Scheduled Maintenance on Library Catalogue
On Saturday 21 December 2024, our service supplier will conduct scheduled maintenance on the library catalogue system. This essential maintenance is scheduled to take place between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
During this period, a number of library services will be temporarily unavailable, including:
- Access to WUR Library Search (the library catalogue) for searching books, journals, and other materials.
- Off-campus access to full text articles and e-books.
- Reserving or renewing borrowed items via MyLibrary.
- Accessing user account information (e.g., current loans, fines, etc.).
- Placing requests for interlibrary loans.
If you experience problems, please retry at a later time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

On Tuesday, 16 July, regular maintenance will take place on our website. Therefore the Library website will be unavailable for 45 minutes to an hour. This will take place between 7 and 9 pm.
You can access WUR Library Search and the Library's databases directly through the ezproxy links below. Even better is to download the Lean Library browser extension. After downloading, a pop-up message will alert you if the library provides access to the item you are looking for, such as articles, eBooks, or other subscriptions.

April 11, 2024
Our service provide OCLC is conducting major maintenance on it's network in the night of 26 April. This means that the network will be down from 22:00 on 26-04 until 06:00 on 27-04. During this time, WUR Library Search will be inaccessible, you cannot search, reserve or renew your library items. We apologise for any disruption this may cause, and we appreciate your support and patience.

On Tuesday 16 January, from 7 pm until 11 pm, the WUR Library website is scheduled for maintenance. During this time, you may experience short disruptions in the accessibility of our website and databases.
Yoda – Important service information

Limit upload size until 12 January
You are requested to limit uploads to no more than 50 GB until 12 January.
Yoda service interruption on 10 and 11 January
We have scheduled a Yoda storage upgrade on Wednesday 10 January and will be testing on 11 January. Please, do not migrate any datafrom 10 January, 5 p.m. until the following day 11 January, 4 p.m.
