Forum Library: Open during the holidays

During the end-of-year period, the Forum Library is open, but with different opening hours. Check the schedule below to plan your visit. To bring some holiday cheer, we’re offering free chocolate milk on some days - perfect for cosy winter study sessions. Wishing you a joyful and festive holiday season!

Chocolatemilk & cookies

To bring some holiday cheer, we’re offering free chocolate milk!

  • When: Monday 23 December en Tuesday 24 December from 3 until 4 p.m.
  • Where: In front of the Library, underneath the Christmas tree.
  • How: Please bring your own cup
  • What: Chocolate milk & cookies (including vegan option & cream topping)
  • First come, first served (op = op in Dutch)

Study places

  • Walk-in study places are available on the 2nd and 3rd floor
  • You need to book the study places on the 4th floor in TimeEdit
  • Please cancel your reservation if you're not going to use the study place and only book the timeslot you'll actually need.

Repair works

In the aftermath of the fire on October 24 in Forum, some repair work is still ongoing. Certain areas of the library are not yet accessible and have been clearly marked for your safety. While we are working hard to minimize any inconvenience, there may still be some disruptions. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete these repairs.

Document delivery

You can continue submitting document requests. However, please be aware that between 20 December 2024 and 5 January 2025, processing times will be slower than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
