The Real Estate & Housing Department, Construction and Housing Management (BHM) section provides asset and contract management and advice and project management for building-technical work (maintenance, renovation, new construction and renovation) of the buildings of Wageningen University & Research. To this end, BHM has technical building managers on the one hand and specialists and project leaders/managers with professional knowledge (Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrics and Measurement & Control Technology), asset management and contract management on the other.

The M&R Team now consists of an M&R Technology coordinator and 4 people from our own technical department BIS. There is a lot of knowledge here. Due to the developments mentioned above, there is a need for more capacity in the field of M&R, especially in project management for energy optimisation and associated projects.
