Your job

As an creditor administration employee, you ensure the smooth processing of the accounts payable transactions. At our Administration Center in Lelystad, you are also the point of contact for internal and external colleagues of one of the units within the Animal Sciences Group. 

For this role it is a requirement that you have a command of the Dutch language. We also we expect you to work and live in the Netherlands.

Your tasks and responsibilities as an Creditor administration employee include:

  • Responsibility for the correct processing and timely payment of incoming invoices from suppliers;
  • ensuring timely payment of expense claims and similar reimbursements to colleagues and students;
  • monitoring the accounts payable portfolio and a suspense account;
  • maintaining contact with suppliers regarding invoices.

Your team
At our location in Lelystad, you will work with five colleagues from the accounts payable department and various other colleagues. In total, there are twelve colleagues working within our Administration Center.

Your qualities

You are accurate, communicatively strong and a team player. This allows you to communicate clearly with colleagues, clients and customers. In addition, you work carefully and in a structured way, which guarantees good administration.

You also possess:

  • MBO+ working and thinking level in the field of business administration;
  • a customer- and quality-oriented attitude;
  • willingness to learn and develop yourself;
  • a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

We offer, depending on your experience, a competitive gross salary of between € 2.496,- and € 3.365,- for a full-time working week of 36 hours, in accordance with the CLA Wageningen Research (scale 6). For this role it will be contract for 16 hours. You will initially receive a one-year contract, which will be extended in mutual enthusiasm.
