Your tasks and responsibilities as an HR Business Partner are:

Your team
You will work in a dedicated HR team, which consists of 5 HRBP colleagues, HR Support and CoE colleagues, approximately 12 people in total. Collaboration is a key value within our HR team. As a team, we believe it is important that you want to roll up your sleeves and help build the further professionalization of our services. In total, about 1100 colleagues work at ESG. ESG consists of the Department of Environmental Sciences (17 chair groups), which conducts fundamental research and provides academic education, and Wageningen Environmental Research (12 WENR teams), which conducts applied research, and ISRIC World Soil Information. ESG has a very international focus in terms of staff, education, and research.

  • Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR advisor;
  • Experience in a complex project organization is a plus;
  • Good command of both Dutch and English.
