Help and support for employees
WUR wants to provide a safe and positive working climate for you as an employee. There are several people you can turn to if you unexpectedly encounter unsafe situations or undesirable behaviour.
- Depending on that situation, it may be a good idea to discuss it with your manager first. If this is not possible for any reason, there other options available to you such as a conversation with one of the WUR confidential advisers. You can also always phone or email the WUR Social Safety Contact Point. And if you do not know how to deal with a situation or who to turn to. All information will be treated confidentially. You can find these and more options on the ‘Help and mediation’ intranet page. You can also find a guide created especially for employees here.
- In the Intranetgroup ‘Social Safety’ we share information about social safety for employees (including PhD'ers). Questions, ideas and initiatives that contribute to a positive work and study climate, in which we treat each other with respect, no one feels unsafe and everyone can develop their talents.
- If you are looking for a training or workshop; go to Intranet, search on MyDevelopment (tile social safety) or on the page ‘workshops and training’ in the intranet group Social Safety.
