For the Finance & Control department of the Animal Sciences Group (ASG), we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and accurate Project Administrator to join the F&C team of the Department of Animal Sciences in Wageningen (10 employees).

In this exciting role, you will:
  • Perform financial and administrative tasks, such as invoicing and supporting project controllers;

  • Be responsible for accurate and timely invoicing, mailbox management, IC bookings, and processing milestones in Unit4 Business World;

  • Ensure the correct use of general ledger accounts and VAT;

  • Work independently with a high degree of responsibility while collaborating closely with colleagues from F&C and the Staff Office;

  • Work in Wageningen (partial remote work is an option).

Your qualities

You will be a great addition to our team if you:

  • Have completed an MBO+ education, preferably in a field relevant to the role;

  • Have work experience in financial (project) administration;

  • Are customer- and service-oriented;

  • Work accurately, with a focus on quality and results;

  • Have a good command of Dutch;

  • Have a proactive and flexible attitude;

  • Are a team player.

Additionally, you recognize the following skills in yourself: you are stress-resistant and always looking for opportunities to further develop yourself.

In our international work environment, communication is increasingly in English. The desired language level is B2. More information about this level can be found in the Language Level document. If you have not yet reached this level, we will support you, and you can get assistance from our Wageningen in’to Language center.
