23 -- 25 October: Integrating Sustainability into Organisational Strategies and Operations: A Deep Dive.
Join us for an intensive three-day, in-person training on the WUR Campus. This initial part of the course will cover essential topics, including:
- Environmental sustainability, circularity and business ecosystems
- Sustainability strategy: Balancing between goals
- Managing the external environment and stakeholder collaboration
- Sustainable culture and managerial control systems
- Organisational design and leadership for corporate sustainability
28 October -- 13 December: Integrating Sustainability into Organisational Strategies and Operations: Theory to Practice (mixed classroom)
The second part of the course extends into weekly sessions featuring both lectures (2 hours on Tuesdays morning, optionally online) and collaborative group work together with Master's students on real-world challenges presented by global sustainability leaders (4 hours on Thursdays).
