3rd conference on Science and Technology for Meat and Dairy Analogues
Following the success of our previous two conferences on Science and Technology for Meat Analogues, we are delighted to announce the upcoming 3rd edition scheduled for July 2nd and 3rd, 2024. For the first time we have expanded the scope to include Dairy Analogues, elevating the event’s content and relevance in the field of alternative proteins to new heights.
‘Science and Technology for Meat and Dairy Analogues’ will present the latest research insights and findings ranging from ingredient functionality, nutrition and health, the consumer, flavour and texture formation to societal impact.
Expect keynote talks with highlights from R&D experts and scientists. Engage in discussions with the experts from the panel discussions and take an inspiring walk outside for a tour on our campus. A networking dinner is provided on the evening of the 2nd of July.

Venue and Date
The Conference will be held at Omnia, Wageningen Campus (Omnia - WUR).
A conference dinner will be organized on Tuesday 2nd July.

The Conference fee is € 455,- excluding VAT.
