Analyzing Institutional Dynamics and Their Impact on Educational Innovation in Higher Education
The landscape of higher education is constantly evolving, and with it, the need for innovative approaches to teaching and learning. However, the potential for educational change is often influenced by the organizational dynamics within academic institutions.
My research explores how these dynamics influence educational innovation in higher education. Within this project, I focus on understanding what dynamics either support or hinder innovation and particularly how institutions can better align their frameworks with the goals of motivated educators who are passionate about improving student learning. Through this project, I aim to contribute to the creation of environments where teachers passion can lead to lasting, positive changes for students.
I’m also excited to practice what I preach by experimenting with creative research methods and exploring innovative ways to present data. As someone committed to fostering educational change, I believe that the way research findings are communicated plays a crucial role in their impact. By using more engaging and accessible approaches to presenting my data, I hope to not only enhance the understanding of my findings but also inspire others to adopt similar practices. This approach reflects my dedication to bridging the gap between research and its practical application, making my insights more accessible and actionable for a wider audience.
