Postharvest Biotech Projects

For a thesis in postharvest biotech or qualiy analysis we have several topics in collaboration with on of the PhD students in the group. We do research on metabolic engineering, shelf life and gene expression, genotypical variation in quality features and shelf life, and transcriptional regulation.
