Young Scientist Presentation Award at the Brightlands Polymer Days 2024

PCC was well represented by the inspiring talks of several colleagues at the Brightlands Polymer Days 2024, held on May 27th and 28th.

To encourage rising stars in scientific research, an award was designated and judged by the organizing and scientific program committees to reward excellence.

The award for Best Young Scientist Presentation was given to our Sophie van Lange for her work on ‘compleximers’, dynamic polymer networks based on ionic bonding. This research was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Jasper van der Gucht and Joris Sprakel.
