1. Business Developer Plant Sciences Group - PSG (https://www.wur.nl/en/research-results/research-institutes/plant-research/business-units.htm)

Exploring the scope of collaboration with external partners and developing new projects across the different fields within Plant Sciences Group: Agrosystems Research, Biointeractions & Plant Health, Biometris, Bioscience, Greenhouse Horticulture, Field Crops, and Plant Breeding. With this role, I am responsible for:
- Identifying relevant funding opportunities (e.g. Dutch Top Sector calls, EU calls, international development agencies, foundations, and companies) and coordinating with researchers to build a consortium and develop proposals with solid value propositions
- Deliver presentations to (potential) partners and clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with (potential) clients and partners

2. Business Developer Global Yield Gap Atlas - GYGA (www.yieldgap.org)

Global Yield Gap Atlas (www.yieldgap.org) is a global agronomic database platform that offers robust estimates of yield gap and yield potential on existing farmland based on current climate and available soil and water resources. Results from GYGA can serve for a) strengthening market identification and investment prioritisation, b) undertaking risk analysis, c) providing a starting point to identify causes of yield gap in practice, d) monitoring impact over time.

With this role, I am responsible for:
- Capturing and generating user data, intelligence, and insight for future customer-oriented development of the platform
- Competitive landscape analysis, market positioning, and identification of unique selling propositions
- Digital marketing to potential clients and partners
- Approaching companies, public, and non-profit actors to explore their interest in capturing the values offered by GYGA via commercial license and sponsorship
- Coordinated with several groups of WUR (incl. Business Development, Plant Production Systems at Wageningen University, and Earth Informatics at Wageningen Environmental Research Groups)

3. Liaison Officer Artificial Intelligence for Health working group of the EWUU alliance

Wageningen University & Research (WUR) joins forces together with Eindhoven University of Technology, Utrecht University, and University Medical Center Utrecht, in a strategic partnership called the alliance. With artificial intelligence (AI) for health as one of the prioritised themes, WUR contributes from the angles of environmental sustainability, food safety and food production, consumer behaviour, nutrition, and health.

With this role, I was responsible for:
- Providing insight into opportunities and options for initiating and organising research projects on the topic of AI for healthy lives
- Mobilising and coordinating researchers on the topic of AI for healthy lives
- Advocating scientific progress and innovation on the topic of AI for healthy lives that can be achieved together based on connecting internal and external partners of the alliance
