Education - dr.ir. PA (Patrick) Jansen
I supervise students in their MSc thesis Resource Ecology or Forest Ecology & Forest Management.
Until 2016, I annually taught the course "Resource Ecology" on trophic interactions between organisms, together with Milena Holmgren.
From 2017-2024, I coordinated the course "Experimental Design for Exology" (formerly "Ecological Methods II"), in which groups of students develop and conduct their own ecological experiment.
During 2020-20224, I contributed to the course "Data Science for Ecology".
From 2017-2022, I ran a module on estimating wildlife abundance in the cource "Resource Dynamics and Sustainable Uitilization" of Pieter Zuidema en Marielos Pena Claros.
