LecturerJulia Diederen is a teacher involved in several courses within the field of Food Chemistry. Special interests are design and evaluation of learning materials or learning activities to improve learning and laboratory education. Next to teaching, Julia is involved in the programme committee of Food Technology. Together with her colleagues, she developed the Food Technology Skills Academy, to highlight skills development in the bachelor Food Technology. And she was one of the driving forces to a complete new set-up for the master Food Technology, in which students need to develop their own personalized learning path. Currently she is investigating how to include personalized learning also for skills development in the master programme.
