Onboarding for new WUR employees
The Executive Board welcomes every new colleague. There is a WUR-wide programme with the following objectives: connection, information about the WUR strategy and familiarisation with the WUR processes.
The direct colleagues offer a warm welcome from the starting date. Wageningen University & Research also organises a general introduction on Campus with ‘connection’ as the main theme. The so called “Welcome at WUR-day”. It is half a day (13:00– 17:00) and the program is as follows:

| 14:00 – 14:45 | Presentation on a research theme or other interesting topic |
| 14:45 – 15:00 | Short break |
| 15:00 – 16:00 | Guided Tour by one of our students over the Campus |
| 16:00 – 17:00 | Networking event (“borrel”); opportunity to get to know your new colleagues |
