On a more practical note: For WUR online courses, you must enrol via OSIRIS. After you enrolled, you get access to the Brightspace environment with all the information needed to get you started. Most courses offered by Wageningen University & Research can be followed at any time of the year. Please be aware that for many courses, the exam is scheduled during one of the resit periods.
