Mogelijkheden voor besparing en opwekking duurzame energie op varkenshouderijbedrijven : Ontwikkeling van ‘opportunity dartboards’

Samenvatting

The Coalitie Vitale Varkenshouderij (CoViVa) has the ambition to realize a neutral carbon footprint for the whole pig industry by 2050. Currently, about one third of the carbon footprint is related to energy consumption. In this report, different opportunities are described to save, re-use or produce energy on pig farms. In addition, opportunity dartboards are developed to visualize the CO2 reduction potential, payback period and cost effectiveness of the different opportunities.
