This report presents the results of the analysis of the quality data of one broiler slaughterhouse with two locations in the period 2018 - 2020 about the differences in carcass quality / condemnations between conventional broilers and three different concepts with slower-growing broiler chickens. This study was conducted within the PPP 'Slower-growing broilers: Towards integral sustainable animal welfare'
