Samenvatting
At two dairy farms, the measured ammonia and methane emission in the cow house and the 'actual' ammonia emission in the field during manure application during one year was mapped. The actual ammonia emission measured in the cow house and field emissions were determined with a refined farm and weather specific model. These measured emissions were compared with calculated emissions of ammonia and methane. The purpose of this comparison of the annual average of the measured and calculate demissions was to find starting points for further reducing the emissions on dairy farms, but above all also to find starting points for improving calculation models. The calculation method of the KringloopWijzer was used for the calculations. The KringloopWijzer calculates the emissions of dairy farms on an annual basis.
