For the KOBINE project, a submarine drone is deployed off the Scheveningen coast. This project is focussed on a number of marine case studies with artificial reefs or 'optimised scour protection', in order to make wind farms more attractive to fish and other animals. The submarine drone maps life on the sea floor around wind farms. This way, a Google Maps of sorts of the sea floor can be created to get a better image of the biodiversity, which can then be turned into natural values.
