Honorary Doctorates

Wageningen University awards honorary doctorates every lustrum. The honorary doctorates are intended for outstanding researchers with an international reputation in one or more scientific fields in which Wageningen University is active. Also, the impact of their research on society should comply with the role and position that Wageningen University occupies as a scientific institution within society.
