How to reach Wageningen from Eindhoven Airport
Eindhoven Airport
Upon arrival at Eindhoven Airport you can take bus 401,103 or 145 which will take you to Eindhoven's main train station. The bus stop is just outside the arrivals hall on your righthand side. You can buy a ticket in the bus, or pay for your trip by using an OV-chipcard.
Eindhoven train station
At the train station you can purchase a ticket to train station Ede-Wageningen at one of the yellow vending machines or at the Service Desk. Please remember to purchase a ticket before you board the train. If you board the train without a ticket you will have to pay a significant surcharge. Dutch trains are usually very punctual. Timetables are available at the yellow information boards or on big, electronic overhead signs at the station. You can also inquire at the ticket office.
Utrecht Centraal train station
At Eindhoven you will first have to take a train to Utrecht Central station. This train usually has Schiphol Airport as it's final destination and departs from platform 5. At Utrecht you will have to switch to the train in the direction of Nijmegen. This train will arrive at Ede-Wageningen approximately 30 minutes after it's departure in Utrecht.
Ede-Wageningen train station
Once you arrive at Ede-Wageningen you can take the bus or a taxi. Please note that taxis are expensive. A taxi from Ede-Wageningen railway station to Wageningen will cost you approximately 30.00 euros.
You can also take bus no 88 to Wageningen bus station. The map under "downloads" will tell you where to find the busses to Wageningen at Ede-Wageningen station. To get to the Forum building, please take the stop “Droevendaalsesteeg”. You can ask the bus driver to inform you when you arrive there. Tickets can be bought on the bus. You can also use an OV-chipcard to pay for this journey. A bus ticket from Ede-Wageningen to Wageningen will cost approximately 4-6 euros.
