Library lecture: research analytics
On 11 December 2024, WUR Library will offer a practical introduction to SciVal and explain how to use it.
What is research analytics?
Research analytics can assist you in analysing and visualising your research area, offering insights into the latest trends and key contributors. SciVal is a powerful tool designed to maximize the benefits of research analytics. In this live Library lecture, we'll provide a practical introduction to SciVal and demonstrate how to effectively use it.
The presentation will cover the following use cases:
- Would you like to summarize the latest relevant trends in research topics for a review or grant application?
- Are you considering a career outside of academia but unsure where to begin?
- Would you like to explore how your research contributes to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals as well as to policy documents and patents?
Programme
The programme is still being organised. At the end of the presentations, participants will be invited to discuss their experiences with SciVal.
