Diagnostics and detection plant pathogens
Reliable diagnostics for timely detection of plant pests and diseases provide the basis for cultivation of healthy crops. We develop, produce and implement diagnostic assays and products for detection, monitoring and prevention of plant diseases.
Our scientists combine many years’ experience in several disciplines such as phytopathology, ecology, taxonomy, molecular biology, and immunology with innovative technology. They are working on a wide range of diseases, pests, invasive plants, and plant-related organisms in all possible substrates. Our advanced equipment, laboratories, and greenhouses enable us to compare or combine the latest techniques with classic diagnostics.
We are developing detection methods that meet the needs of our customers: from simple tests – to be carried out by growers themselves in the field or in the greenhouse – through to very advanced detection systems for high-throughput laboratories, general and national inspection services.
