Coordination and communication
Coordination and communication, focusses on the optimization of the process and positioning of WMG at WUR. And focusses on the narrative of the WMG, through communication to target audiences within and outside WUR.
WMG is known at WUR, but not yet with every researcher and certainly not at WU. The ambition is that every researcher knows about the WMG and the importance of model management in research.
WMG is positioned as a neutral and virtual organization, as part of KB. This will last for the next two years. Our ambition is to embed model management on the long term by installing a central model coordinator at the WDCC and reserve structural budget to the activities of the WMG.
