History of Food Production Wins Excellent Education Prize 2024
We are thrilled to announce that one of the courses to which the Economic and Environmental History Group contributes has been awarded the Excellent Education Prize 2024!
The History of Food Production course, taught by Dr. Guido Sala and Dr. Ingrid de Zwarte, has won the Excellent Education Prize 2024 in the Basic Courses category. Congratulations to all involved for this incredible achievement!
The course explores the technological developments and cross-cultural influences of food production in human history and shows how these have been affecting the evolution of historical civilizations up to the present.
It is the second time this course received the Excellent Education prize
