Project
GLB Leven-lang-leren
In 2021, WUR, as a member of the working group Knowledge, Innovation, Networks and Digitisation (KIND), co-wrote the National Strategic Plan 2023-2027 for the CAP.
In the NSP, attention has been paid to the interventions to: Social innovation The fragmentation of available knowledge identified in the SWOT.
In addition to being fragmented, this knowledge is not yet directly applicable in business operations on the farm. More interactive knowledge exchange (not only to the farmer; also from the farmer). The increased role of the CAP network in order to achieve effective interventions in knowledge, innovations and cooperation, the Ministry of LNV asks for knowledge about the relationship between learning and innovation from a socio-cultural and market innovation perspective.
The effectiveness of available knowledge as a driver of innovation and strength is higher when it is offered and exchanged in different ways, depending on the different target groups. To this end, the GLB network will be further strengthened and social learning facilitated.
To promote knowledge, innovation and cooperation, the NSP focuses on roughly three forms of intervention:
1. One-to-one knowledge transfer through independent advisors. Experience is now being gained with vouchers.
2. Learning in a group, experience is now gained with project grants for learning networks. This can also be demonstrations and excursions
3. Tailor-made solutions for knowledge dissemination projects, including area-oriented policy, digital support and training.
The aim of the study is to bring together the available knowledge about [lifelong] learning in order to formulate a research question and to arrive at an interactive strategy for knowledge transfer.
