Europese samenwerking bomen (EUFORGEN)
CGN participates on behalf of the Netherlands in the European Forest Genetic Resources Program (EUFORGEN), a collaborative program among European countries ensuring the effective conservation and the sustainable utilization of forest genetic resources in Europe. EUFORGEN was established to implement Resolution 2 of the Strasbourg Ministerial Conference on the Protection of Forests in Europe (www.foresteurope.org) and is financed by participating countries.
