Cardioferment. Associating markers of intake of fermented foods with cardiometabolic factors in a real-life observational cohort
The overarching aim of this project is to further identify and validate candidate FIBs for fermented food intake using a real-life prospective cohort study in the Netherlands, “Nutritional Questionnaire plus” (NQplus), and examine their associations with cardiometabolic health.
