Exchange students (Erasmus)

Students to be hosted by WUR at Food Chemistry should have a general background at the level of "Food Chemistry" books written by Fennema or Belitz/Grosch. Also, we expect that exhange students have basic experience in lab work. All lectures are taught in English and English is used for communication with foreign students in our laboratories. The books of our library are mainly written in English (>80%).
