Summary

The Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality has developed a number of possible draftpackages for the implementation of the 7th Nitrate Action Programme (7th AP). It has askedWageningen Economic Research to identify the relevant factors that determine the economic effects ofthese packages on farms. By limiting the analysis to portraying the relevant factors, only thequalitative effects were described. A quantitative analysis was not possible due to the short lead time.
