Ruth T Ngadze has a PhD from Wageningen University & Research and an MSc in Food Quality Management from the same. She is a Post-doctoral researcher focusing on food design from marginalised localities of the global south. Her research focus is on the innovative design of functional foods from Climate Resilient Crops (CRCs), Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) for healthy outcomes, dietary diversity and food and nutrition security.
