I am a PhD student in the Forest Resources graduate program at the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture, University of São Paulo. My thesis focuses on evaluating the recovery of structure, biomass, and the regeneration of tree species 30 years after logging in the Brazilian Amazon. To achieve this, we use both field data and remote sensing data (drone-lidar system) to assess the current state of these production forests.

I am here with the FEM Group to collaborate with Marielos and to present my work, as well as to discuss it further with other group members. My areas of expertise include forest management, silviculture, restoration, and remote sensing, and I am available to talk about these topics.

I would love to meet all the FEM members and learn more about their projects.
