Q (Qinhong) Xu
PostdocDr. Qinhong Xu's research interests lie in political ecology, with a focus on the political dimensions of environmental governance. Drawing on concepts such as imaginaries, technology, infrastructure, territorialization, and governmentality, her work examines how governance approaches shape and are shaped by power dynamics. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Water Resources Management Group at Wageningen University.
Her current research explores the digitalization of nature, with a specific emphasis on China’s domestic and global implications.
Dr. Xu holds master’s degrees in International Relations, specializing in International Development Studies, from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and Nanjing University, China.
