Projects - PC (Peter) Shapland
Using Bourdieu's and Long’s approaches, we investigate how community-led project resources flow through communities and examine how the projects are constructed and evaluated within local discourses. We aim to learn how Malian communities try to improve themselves, as well as their vulnerability to elite capture.
