My ambition is to excel as a software engineer in an agile team of developers who continuously challenge themselves and progress through active knowledge sharing.

I am part of a software development team at Biometris, responsible for a number of software applications in various projects, including the health risk assessment application MCRA (https://mcra.rivm.nl), built with Microsoft .NET Core, C# and SQL Server.

MCRA is available as a web application and a web API to give third party web portals secure access to MCRA functionality based on the level of service that is required. MCRA uses 2 factor authentication using TOTP.

The MCRA Core source code is available on GitHub.

We are now working in the PARC project (https://www.eu-parc.eu/) which sets to harmonise tools and models for performing realistic assessment of risks from chemicals. In this project MCRA plays a pivotal role and is being integrated with various other platforms.

An on-demand training environment for MCRA is available in Azure, for which I developed a custom Azure DevOps pipeline.
