K (Kutay) Cingiz PhD
OnderzoekerIn 2018, Kutay Cingiz started working at Wageningen University and Research (WUR), Agricultural Economics and Rural Policy Group (AEP) as a post-doctoral researcher. He is working on two projects Biomonitor and Sustainable Co-production which covers the areas of bio-economy, circular economy, sustainability, GMOs, and farm surplus optimization.
Kutay Cingiz also taught various bachelor and master degree courses, including Advanced Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Markets and Welfare, and Real Options Methodology. At WUR, he is the coordinator and lecturer of the PhD course, Mathematics: Theory and Practice. He received several grants for his research: WUR Travel Grant (2019), Landbouw Export Bureau Fund (2019), WUR Excellence in Research Grant (2018), Maastricht University Travel Grant (2016). He has given talks at Society for the Advancement in Economic Theory (2019), The International Consortium on Applied Bioeconomy Research (2019), King’s College London Fair Play Workshop (2019), Econometric Society Summer School Kyoto University (2016), World Game Theory Conference (2016), Logic conference (2016), Cambridge University (2015).
