ir. JCM (Judith) Wolkers-Rooijackers
Onderwijs-/OnderzoeksmedewerkerJudith Wolkers-Rooijackers has been working for 10 years at the University of Tromsø, Norway, after obtaining an MSc from Wageningen University. She joined the Laboratory of Food Microbiology in 2008 in the field of Food Fermentation. She (co-)supervises BSc and MSc projects and teaches in the courses Food Fermentation and Advanced Fermentation Science.
