E (Erriketi) Tla Nta Silva

Erriketi Tla Nta Silva is an External PhD student in Wageningen University (LAW) and a Senior Academic Assistant at the College of Europe in Bruges. Her PhD project focuses on the principle of non-regression in EU environmental law.

At the College of Europe, she is assisting courses and giving tutorials on subjects such as Legal Methodology, EU Constitutional Law, Judicial Remedies in EU Law, Fundamental Rights under EU Law and EU Environmental Law.

She is part of the Analysts’ Network of the EU Law blog “EU Law Live” and occasionally writes case notes on recent jurisprudential developments in the Court of Justice of the European Union related to environmental and agricultural law.

Erriketi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a minor in International Relations from the American College of Greece. In addition, she holds an LLM in Environmental Law by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LLM in European Legal Studies by the College of Europe in Bruges.

She is a qualified lawyer registered at the Athens Bar Association.
