Political Rights in Regard to Climate-induced Migration?" and is focused on three primary research questions: 1) What is a climate refugee?; ??????2) What obligations do states have under Article 6 of the ICCPR in regard to climate-induced migration?; 3) Is Article 6 of the ICCPR effective in protecting the dignity of human life in regard to climate-induced migration?.
