CP (Chad) Osorio

Chad Patrick Osorio is an international academic and lawyer-economist, advocating for human and environmental rights.

Chad is a PhD candidate at Wageningen University and Research, the Netherlands, for Environmental Economics and Law. As a full scholar of the French government, Chad received his Master II Business, Law & Economics at the top of his class, mention très bien , at L'Université d'Aix-Marseille, France. He also holds a Juris Doctor and a BA Psychology degree, cum laude , from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Chad is Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Los Baños, teaching Introduction to Economics, Intermediate Environmental Economics, Microeconomic Theory, and Economic Analysis of Law.

Chad was hailed as 2022 Global AI Ambassador by SwissCognitive, comprising top 51 experts and thought leaders on artificial intelligence from around the world. He is Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer of Sociov, a data-driven start-up tech platform for coaching and mentoring, as well as Co-Founder of 1407 Graymalkin Group. Chad remains strategic business operations consultant for a select number of national and international firms and institutions. He is also on the Roster of Consultants for Legal Services for Development, United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization.

Chad is active in environmental and community initiatives, and devotes his spare time volunteering in underserved, underprivileged communities by sharing his knowledge, skills and experience to promote empowerment and inclusive development
