Annemarieke de Bruin is an enthusiastic interdisciplinary researcher with over 14 years of experience in UK-based and international academic research. Her research has focussed on interdisciplinary learning processes that bring together stakeholders within the context of agriculture, water governance, and tree health management. She graduated in 2007 from Wageningen University with a MSc in Tropical Landuse (specialisation Erosion, soil and water conservation) and an MSc in Geo-Information Science (specialisation GIS). After graduating she moved to the UK where she worked at the University of York, York, UK at the Stockholm Environment Institute's York centre for 14 years. She has now made the next step in her academic career, doing her PhD at Wageningen University. For this she will help set up, facilitate and analyse a living lab related to circular agriculture in the North of the Netherlands.
