"The Power of Peer Learning" in Practice

Omid Noroozi was honored to present and discuss the content of the book "The Power of Peer Learning" authored by Omid Noroozi and Bram De Wever at Codam's 5th Anniversary celebration.

With a large number of students, Codam, a tuition-free software engineering school, utilizes a peer-to-peer learning environment without traditional teachers or lectures. Their methodology is entirely practice-based, project-based, and collaborative, aiming to cultivate the next generation of software engineers.

We were honored to have Her Majesty Queen Máxima and Micky Adriaansens, Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, and a number of other influential people join us to commemorate this milestone.
