New colleague Putri Nur Shabrina joined ELS per December 2023

My research is in the field of health promotion at the workplace. I intend to investigate the mechanism of influence between job resources and the coping capacity of low-income workers in Indonesia: What do employers have to provide to make Indonesian low-income workers more resilient at the workplace? To answer this and other research questions, I will do a fieldwork in Indonesia next year (Project description below).

I moved to Wageningen with my husband and two children (one toddler and one baby). So, I am also mommy-tasking next to living this PhD life and my favorite literatures range from scientific articles to children books. 😊

I guess we have not met each other yet as I am most of the time being on the 3rd floor of the Leeuwenborch building. However, I am grateful and excited to join the ELS group and I hope to meet you in person soon. I look forward to getting to know you all better.
