New colleague Pablo Morales joined ELS per January 2024

I will be working on the Engineering Business Intelligence, and the Measurement for Management projects. Both projects entail examining sustainability in process operations. Specifically, the projects entail developing methods to detect process anomalies that impact environmental performance, while also attaining economic and operational excellence, and contributing to the creation of predictive technologies that use process information and provide predictions on environmental, safety and economic performance. Prior to joining the ELS Group, I recently graduated with a PhD in business administration from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, from which I also previously attained a MSc in business administration. Prior to my time at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam I worked for several years in business and the international public sector primarily in HR roles. I look forward to working with all of you as I embark on this new adventure!
