New colleague Bo Sichterman joined ELS per July 2024

My name is Bo Sichterman and I am happy to announce that I am a new external PhD Candidate in the Educational and Learning Science group at Wageningen University & Research. My PhD project is focused on ‘Peer Feedback & AI’, in which I aim to combine my research interest on feedback, educational technology and artificial intelligence. My supervisors are Omid Noroozi (WUR), Johan Versendaal (HU/OU) & Stan van Ginkel (HU). I am very excited to start the trajectory and looking forward to collaborate and learn from you.

Besides my PhD, I am active as a researcher in the research group Digital Ethics and as a lecturer at the Teacher Education Institution at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. I am involved in various research & development projects that are focused on educational technology, digital ethics and skill development (e.g., such as developing presentation competence using Virtual Reality and AI). Further, I supervise students from various domains (such as ICT and teacher education) and I teach in the masters’ programme.

In my own time, I like to go to the gym, hang out with friends and explore the world of graphic design.
