FPE is spray drying on a large scale
Spray drying gives nice powders with good quality and benefits of the product. This technique is very popular to dry e.g. probiotics and plant-based proteins. In this interview (Dutch) our Associate Professor Maarten Schutyser explains that the new industrial dryer can also be used to study the behavior of particles.
