During the Climate Adaptation Summit January 2021, experts exchanged knowledge in order to find answers together in the field of climate adaptation. Climate-proof food systems in Africa were an important topic in this regard.

Following this summit Louise O. Fresco (President of the Executive Board of Wageningen University and Research (WUR)), Kitty van der Heijden (Director-General for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands) and Rebecca Sarku (PhD researcher at WUR) share a virtual coffee to chat about agriculture, Africa and women. They discuss everything from Ghanaian cocoa, COP26 and how challenging gender bias and inequality is essential for climate action.
