I don't know about you guys, but especially as women we've been in some situations where we'd feel a lot safer if we knew something about how to defend ourselves. It's a great and relevant skill for everybody tho!

Ibex is organising an open activity! We will go surfing in Scheveningen on the 15th of June. The perfect opportunity to combine a physical activity with the beautiful nature of the Netherlands. It doesn't matter if you're a pro in surfing or never did it before in your life. The only requirement is that you can swim.

You will receive a crash course on how to play the basics of Lacrosse and we will have a BBQ afterwards. Lacrosse requires good communication on the field and what's a better way of improving this, than with a social interaction of the field. So, come join us on and of the field!
